We don’t issue refunds, we are happy to accept your return for store credit only. We cannot guarantee availability on items.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Items can be returned for store credit only. If you are not satisfied with the piece you purchased, all returns must be received within 7 days* of purchase date. Returned items must remain in good conditions. You can always contact us with any questions, and we will do our best to assist you.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns on any of our skin care products and jewelry (handcrafted soaps, coffee body scrubs, bath salts, sea sponges, dōTERRA essential oils, earrings, rings and necklaces). Our skin care products and jewelry are very personal items.
